Production begins soon
In a new statement on Twitter, the user reported that AMD’s “packaging facility has already prepared all the work and will begin mass production next month or early May.” However, considering the company’s Zen 3 architecture, which was introduced in July 2020 and launched in November, we can say that the definition and launch interval of Zen 4 processors may take four to five months.
