Huawei, one of the successful names in the smartphone industry, has gradually started to confirm the rumors about the upcoming Mate 50 series. In an official post today, the technology giant announced that all Mate 50 series phones will have a variable aperture on the main camera side.
Sounds ambitious about the camera
As it is known, almost all phones these days come with fixed diaphragms, with rare exceptions, and there is usually a switch between two settings. Although Huawei has remained silent about the details of the new feature, rumor has it that the Mate 50 series phones will have aperture widths ranging from f/1.4 to f/4.

We can say that the variable aperture range will give users more control over the depth of field. The new feature will also allow the camera to slow down the shutter speed. The upcoming flagship phones are expected to be unveiled by Huawei at an event to be held on September 6.
