Brandie Konopasek, who works on Netflix’s post-production management team, has joined Shiba Inu’s metaverse team.
The Shiba Inu team introduced its metaverse project in March, which aims to compete with startups like Decentraland. In late May, however, former Technicolor executive Marcie Jastrow joined the team to support the project with brand partnerships. The new name joining the team also came from the Netflix staff.
Netflix Joins Shiba Inu Metaverse Team
Brandie Konopasek, who has worked on Netflix’s post-production management team for over five years, has joined Shiba Inu’s metaverse team.
Shiba Inu again chose the names that worked in the Technicolor team. Before joining Netflix, Konopasek spent five years as an interim producer at the media and entertainment company Technicolor, and moved to Shiba Inu after Netflix.
Konopasek, who has worked with some of the big names in the industry throughout his career in the entertainment industry for over 15 years, says meeting the Shiba Inu team was an exciting experience and the community behind the project has a breathtaking vision.
In late August, the Shiba Inu team released a comprehensive update on the metaverse development process. Announced the WAGMI Temple, which will become one of the centers of the Metaverse. The team drew its architectural inspiration from Beijing, the Temple of Heaven in China, Kyoto, Kinkaku-ji Temple in Japan, and other famous places.
