Popular crypto tracker Whale Alert shows that 390 million XRP has been moved by Ripple and a few anonymous users in the last two days.
XRP is up close to 10%, while the Whale alert crypto monitoring service has detected several large XRP transactions in the past 24 hours. Two of them were held by blockchain giant Ripple. Bithomp data says that Ripple transferred 50 million XRP ($34,906,740) from its wallet to digital exchanges. Later, another 20 million XRP was sent from the same wallet to crypto asset trading platform Coins.ph. This exchange works as an ODL corridor, and similar corridors are actively operating in some other countries. In addition, the US-based Bittrex exchange transferred 20 million XRP to the Korean platform Upbit.
Anonymous Wallets Carried 306 Million XRP
On February 25, Whale Alert detected a large amount of XRP transferred between two anonymous wallets. 305.8 million XRP worth $214,952,290 were moved that day. With the appreciation of XRP, this amount corresponds to $232,408,000 at the time of publication.
XRP continues to hold its gains and is trading at $0.76 at the time of publication.
