NASA announces its own streaming service: The Universe is at your fingertips!

NASA is getting ready to launch its own streaming platform. The space agency is already live-streaming the launch and other events, but there will be much more on the NASA Plus platform.

NASA+ will broadcast for free and ad-free

NASA+ will not only feature live footage from its resounding missions, but also original productions. Some of the first content to be made available on the platform will be NASA videos that have never been seen before. More importantly, the content will be free to watch and the broadcast will not be interrupted by advertisements.

NASA Plus content can be watched on Android and iOS apps, desktop and mobile browsers. NASA has no plans yet to release specific apps for Apple TV and other media players.

Through the digital platform, NASA will better convey how it discovered the unknown in the air and in space, how it brought innovations for the benefit of humanity, and how it was inspired by discovery.
