We have learned many details about the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, which is expected to be introduced in January or February. The new phones will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 chipset. Galaxy S22, the flat model of the series, will come with a 6.06-inch AMOLED display with Full HD + resolution 120Hz refresh rate.
The company will bring 45W fast charging support again after years with the ‘Ultra’ model. Consisting of three different models, the Galaxy S22 will be a first in the history of the ‘Galaxy S’ series.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Pro appeared
Twitter user FronTron, known for his leaks, shared the dimensions of the Galaxy S22 series. The length, thickness and width of the new flagships have been revealed. The most important detail in FronTron’s post: The mention of a model called Galaxy S22 Pro. Samsung used to use the ‘Ultra’ and ‘Plus’ charms until now, but if the claims are true, the Galaxy S22 will be a first.
According to speculation, Samsung will no longer launch a new Galaxy Note model. It will also shift the features in the series to the Galaxy S22. In this context, it is estimated that the company will include S-Pen support in the Galaxy S22 Ultra model. In fact, the images shared by FronTron once again confirm this claim. The S-Pen slot at the bottom of the smartphone is clearly visible.
The Galaxy S22 Pro will be positioned in the middle of the flat S22 and S22 Ultra models. It is claimed that the device, which is expected to come with a 55-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, will have a 4,500mAh battery. On the other hand, Samsung will use its processor preference for two different models this year, as always. While it will include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 in the US, it will launch it with the Exynos 2200 in certain markets such as Turkey.
