The world’s most popular instant messaging application, WhatsApp, seems to bring a sigh of relief to many users. Because a feature under development detected in the Android beta version of the application with the code Business 2.23.13.5 reveals that WhatsApp will come with multi-account support in the near future. This feature will make it easier for users who use multiple numbers and need multiple WhatsApp accounts.
Smartphones have had dual SIM support for a long time. This means that two different numbers can be used on the same device. However, WhatsApp had a very important shortcoming at this point. So much so that there was no way to activate a second WhatsApp account on a smartphone in the same app. Multi-account support will change that. Users will now be able to use multiple accounts in a single WhatsApp application.
Here’s what WhatsApp’s new feature will look like
As you can see in the screenshot above, when the feature is available, we will see an option section that shows which account users want to use. With this option section, the user will switch to the WhatsApp account at the desired phone number. Let’s say that the messages in the accounts will continue to be protected during the transition between accounts.
WABetaInfo detected this new feature in the Business version of WhatsApp. However, this does not mean that the regular version of WhatsApp will not benefit from this feature. Presumably both versions will have this feature. After all, not everyone using a company line has a business account. This will not go unnoticed by the developer team. Meanwhile; It should be noted that we have no information about when the feature will be available.
