Meta has been testing the feature of creating multiple profiles on Facebook for a while now and is now ready to roll out to all users. Facebook users will be able to create multiple profiles and determine who they can share their feeds and content with.Creating multiple Facebook profiles can be done in a few steps via the Android and iOS application. To create multiple profiles on Facebook, follow these steps:
- Go to your profile section on Facebook.
- Find the option to create a new profile at the top.
- Select and add a name for your profile.
- Add a username for your Facebook profile.
- Add your friends, join pages and groups.
- You can switch to the profile you want by tapping the profile switch icon.
Facebook will allow users to create up to four personal profiles. Social media users will be able to easily switch between their accounts without having to log in each time.
Notification and privacy settings can be customized for each profile. However, some Facebook features (such as Dating, Marketplace, Professional Mode) will not be available in additional profiles. Additionally, additional profile creation will come to Messenger in the future.
