According to the statement made by MSI, a manufacturing defect was detected in MSI MAG CoreLiquid 360R and 240R liquid coolers. After this error, which causes residues, the cooling performance decreases.

This user-reported issue causes CPU temperatures to rise up to 62 degrees Celsius in standby mode, resulting in T-junction-Max thermal errors. In addition, it is stated that it does not cause any damage to the system since it has high temperature protection.
MSI has launched a recall program for these liquid coolers. Users can access the details of the program by entering the serial number of the cooler or by entering the serial number of the system if purchased in the system.
