Qualcomm recently introduced its new flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The photo of the Motorola X40 model, which is stated to be powered by the Snapdragon Gen 2 processor, has emerged.

The processor, which will be produced with 4nm technology, will use 1 x 3.19GHz ARM Cortex-X3, 2 x 2.8GHz ARM Cortex-A715, 2 x 2.8GHz ARM Cortex-A710 and 3 x 2.0GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores. Qualcomm will include the Adreno 740 graphics interface that supports Ray Tracing technology in Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

Motorola has announced that it will use a curved screen in its new flagship model. OLED panel was preferred for the 6.67-inch screen with FullHD Plus resolution. The screen refresh of the device, which is stated to be introduced with 10-bit support, will be 165Hz.

It is among the leaked information that the new model will use 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage. It is not yet known whether the new model will come with different RAM / storage options.

In the model, which is stated to have a triple camera array, a 50 Megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera and a 12 Megapixel telephoto camera will be used. It is known that a 60 Megapixel lens is preferred for the front camera.

The device, which is stated to be introduced with Android 13, will be offered with 2 different battery options. Users will be able to choose between 5,000 mAh battery/68W fast charging or 4,500 mAh battery/125W fast charging.
