Motorola Edge 40 Pro comes with a four-sided curved 6.67-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels (FHD+). Featuring a centered hole for the selfie camera, an under-display fingerprint sensor and a 90.5% screen-to-body ratio, the flagship phone will also be the first Motorola model to feature Dolby Vision HDR and HDR10+.
Motorola Edge 40 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor accompanied by LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage for demanding games and tasks. However, Edge 40 Pro, which hosts 12GB RAM and 256/512GB storage options, is supported by Gorilla Glass Victus on the front and back when it comes to durability. In addition, IP68 certification (30 minutes under 1.5 m of water) is also included.
The flagship phone comes with a 4,600mAh battery under the hood with 125W fast charging support and slightly smaller than the Edge 30 Pro. At this point, Motorola states that the out-of-box charger provides a full charge from 0% to 50% in seven minutes and in less than 20 minutes.
