Mortal Kombat 1 will be a game that takes players back to the original foundations of the series. The game will feature familiar characters such as Shang Tsung, Liu Kang, Raiden, Scorpion, Kitana, Mileena, and Sub-Zero.

Characters have been renewed!

Mortal Kombat’s original characters will not appear in their original skins. The characters will appear in the game with a revamped appearance. Of course, the innovations that Mortal Kombat 1 will offer will not be limited to the renewed characters.

According to the statement shared by NetherRealm, the game will host a new combat system and new game modes. On the other hand, the iconic finishing moves of the series will continue to take place in the new game.
