A heart-warming Tesla user went for an unusual ‘little’ ride by the beach with his red Model 3. At first glance, everything seems pretty normal in the very short 30-second video shared on the YouTube channel Wu Wa: A driver demonstrates the vehicle’s ability to drive in shallow water to a group of people watching him. Halfway through the video, things get a little weirder when the driver drives the car deeper into the water. However, it seems that Tesla successfully copes with this difficult-sounding task.
It is unknown whether the owner of the channel where the video is shared is the person driving the vehicle. Most of the videos on the Shanghai-based channel focus on drone footage shot at the Shanghai facility; For this reason, it is not certain whether the owner of the channel is an employee or just a zealous Tesla lover.
The person who shared the video could be a Tesla employee
Going back to the video again: The Model 3 seems to be almost as comfortable in water as it does on land; but unfortunately we can’t see what happened after the video or the final version of the vehicle.
This water adventure of Model 3 looks very pleasant and pleasing to the eye; however, you’d better not submerge your Tesla – if any – in water like this. If the posting channel is run by a Tesla employee, this may mean that the video was shared for ‘show off’ for the benefit of employers. Even if this is not the case, we think that there is no need for such attractions for the health of both you and your vehicle.
