Microsoft has confirmed another problem of Windows 11
Recently, Microsoft announced that there was an issue in Windows 11’s File Explorer that was causing high CPU usage. According to Microsoft, the File Explorer bug is preventing Windows 11 PCs from viewing access permissions to shared files and folders. At this point, it is stated that CPU usage continues even if the “Active Access” menu in the “Advanced Security Settings” dialog is turned off.
Microsoft says the high CPU usage continues until the active user logs off or the system is rebooted. However, it was stated that the new issue is related to the KB5026368 and KB5026372 updates released for Windows 11 21H2 and 22H2 on May 9.
If you are currently experiencing high CPU usage due to this error, you can try Microsoft recommended workarounds such as logout/restart. However, it should be noted that Microsoft has already started working. The new update, which will fix existing problems, is expected to be available this month.
