The new option, which allows the computer to receive feature updates much earlier, was discovered in the Windows 11 25314 Canary build. In order to access this option, it is necessary to be included in the Canary channel, apart from registering to the Windows Insider program.
Microsoft is gradually rolling out major updates to Windows. Since many users are not Insider members, they do not have to wait for the update that will bring improvements with new features to their computer. At least for Windows 11, this issue seems to be resolved.
