According to the published law, crypto service providers have to be careful in many issues. In particular, crypto wallet providers will have to identify their customers in money transfer transactions.
This move, which came in the middle of the regulatory processes that turned into a conflict environment in the USA, attracted intense attention from the crypto community. The crypto laws that fall under the EU’s statute will first enter into force on December 30, 2024. Some provisions of MiCA will be implemented on 30 June 2024.
In addition, MiCA will offer crypto companies the ability to operate on a general basis. These activities will be protected by legal regulators.
