Now Meta is developing a decentralized social network called P92 where users can share updates on their interests, according to an email sent privately to Platformer.
According to the shared details, the P92 will carry Instagram’s branding and allow users to register and log in using their Instagram credentials. Thus, user information will be transferred to the new platform quickly. However, sources state that this data transfer will be minimal.In addition, the new application, with its decentralized structure, will allow users to set up their own servers and set their own rules for content control. At this point, we can say that the structure in question is quite different from other platforms of Meta and requires a great deal of work.
