Who is Airoha?

The subsidiary, which has reached a valuation of 3.3 billion dollars with the significant investments it has received, was opened to the Taiwan stock market.

Airoha, which will be Taiwan’s largest chip listing in recent years, will be in the innovation zone in the first 6 months and will be removed from the stock market if it fails to perform as expected. If it meets expectations, it will switch to standard stock exchange listing.

Airoha, which is struggling with important competitors such as Qualcomm and Realtek in the Bluetooth market, will be able to capture a larger market share with the support of MediaTek. MediaTek also aims to give Airoha employees bonuses from stock market earnings. Thus, the problem of sharing bonuses with MediaTek employees will be eliminated.
