TSMC’s 4 nm fabrication architecture was first seen at MediaTek. Because MediaTek wants to remove Qualcomm from the market of smartphones, which are described as flagships. Dimensity 9000+, which we see on smartphones produced by iQOO, is reaching more and more people day by day.

What will the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 offer?

The product named Dimensity 9200 will be presented to users next month, according to a user named “IceUniverse”, who is known for leaking news from the processor design industry. Although the name of this processor is not yet known, many people think that this name prediction is correct.

ARM Cortex X3, which we know from Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, may also be available in this processor. It offers 25 percent higher performance than Cortex X2. The Cortex-A715 and A510 v.2 duo can also power the Dimensity 9200.

It is not known what kind of architecture MediaTek will equip this new processor with. When we look at Qualcomm, we see the 1+2+2+3 architecture. We also do not know yet whether MediaTek will follow this architecture.

According to rumors, the Taiwanese company focused on the ARM-based Immortalis-G715. This new hardware will replace the Mali series and rival the Adreno series.

MediaTek Dimensity 9200, which is planned to be produced with TSMC’s 4 nm production process, may also include A710 and A510 cores. Choosing A510 and A710 cores as well as Immoralis GPU and Cortex-X3 may enable Dimensity 9200 to be released with a lower price tag than expected.

Dimensity 1200 and Dimensity 8000 had satisfied many people about the price. In this context, we can see that MediaTek continues to invest in affordable flagship smartphones and mid-range mobile devices.
