Dimensity 7050, which comes across as a processor that goes through the 6 nm production process, is a restructured version of MediaTek Dimensity 1080, which was introduced late last year.
MediaTek is focused on efficiency and performance increases in its processor to be used in mid-segment phones. So much so that this processor has two Arm Cortex-A78 cores that can work up to 2.6 GHz. The Arm Mali-G68 GPU integrated into the processor minimizes game-related energy consumption thanks to special optimizations.
