MediaTek continues to update the Dimensity series and the newest member Dimensity 6400 has been officially introduced today. This new processor, which has been through the production process of 6 NM, has an eight -core structure. While 2 Cortex-A76 seeds operate at a speed of 2.5 GHz, 6 Cortex-A55 core for energy efficiency work at 2.0 GHz. On the graphics side, there is the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

The processor is optimized for mid -segment devices by providing LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage support. On the screen side, 1080p+ resolution, 120 Hz renewal rate and 10-bit color support are available. Although it provides support up to 108 megapixes on the camera, detailed information about video recording features is not shared.

However, it is still preparing to appear on new devices. One of the first models using Dimensity 6400 will be the Realme P3X 5G, which will be introduced tomorrow.
