Payment giant Mastercard continues its moves towards the crypto industry at full speed. Mastercard, which has previously come to the fore with its crypto payment facilities and blockchain initiatives, is collaborating with four popular crypto money initiatives.
Mastercard will work with Aptos Labs, Ava Labs, Solana Foundation and Polygon to develop Crypto Credential. This collaboration covers NFTs as well as payment methods.
Mastercard Collaborates with Four Blockchain Initiatives
Mastercard Crypto and Blockchain President Raj Dhamodharan stated that with the Mastercard Crypto Credential, they aim to help verify trusted interactions between consumers and businesses using blockchain networks.
Stating that their moves in the crypto space are nothing new and that they have done various studies before, Dhamodharan underlined that they focus on creating reliable ecosystems.
Dhamodharan stated that they are in important collaborations for Mastercard Crypto Credential. With this created system, NFT, reliable blockchain, consumer experiences and manufacturers are discussed. The program will leverage the blockchain experiences of Aptos Labs, Ava Labs, Polygon, and the Solana Foundation.
