Threads, which has gained a huge user base in a short time, has recently been the subject of mockery of X’s (Twitter) boss Elon Musk. This is due to the fact that the platform has lost some of its user base compared to the first times it was released. In order to overcome this, Meta is working to make up for the company’s shortcomings.
We have shared with you the features we want to see in Threads and should be added immediately. If we look at the way the platform is going, it seems that it will make up for the shortcomings here in a short time. For now, it seems that two items on our list will be scratched; advanced search and web version.
Zuckerberg announced it on his Threads account.
“Good week for Threads. The community here is on a path that I hope will demonstrate a vibrant and long-term application. We have a lot of work ahead of us, but the team’s delivery speed excites us. Search and the web are coming in the next few weeks.”
The search in Zuckerberg’s description points to advanced search, as there is already a search section in the application. The web version is also a long-awaited development. Because although you can view the shares and profiles in the browser, you cannot yet experience the browsing experience on the computer as you can on mobile.
Do you think Threads will be a long-lasting application with its shortcomings?
