Samsung users with Exynos processors shared their troubles with Diablo Immortal on Reddit. PezRadar, one of the community leaders, confirmed the problem after the problems escalated. Many Samsung phones with Exynos processors cannot run Diablo Immortal with this issue. Although some people can run the game, they encounter graphical errors that make the game unplayable. PezRadar announced that the bug will be fixed as soon as possible, but stated that until now, Samsung phones in the list below may be banned from downloading Diablo Immortal. At least not many new Samsung flagships are on the list.
