Mango Markets has sued the person who illegally manipulated the price of cryptocurrencies on its exchange.
Legal processes continue at full speed for Mango Markets. The crypto startup has gone through tough times in recent months due to hacking and exploitation attacks. The exploiter of the platform, Avraham Eisenberg, earned $116 million as a result of his exploits. Following the accusations made by the SEC, a lawsuit was also filed by Mango Markets.
Mango Markets Sues Its Abuser
Mango Markets is suing Avraham Eisenberg, who collected 116 million in 20 minutes in October’s manipulation attack.
Avraham Eisenberg reported that he agreed to return the 67 million dollars he had unfairly obtained. However, the abuser continues to hold the remaining amount. As a result, the crypto organization chose to sue to get the remaining money.
Eisenberg has previously been sued separately by the SEC and the CFTC. Both regulators accused Eisenberg of manipulating the MNGO token.
Mango Markets had to suspend its operations as MNGO tokens lost a lot of value.
