macOS Ventura 13.5.1 released with major bug fix
Apple has released macOS Ventura 13.5.1 update, which fixes an important bug for macOS Ventura that it released in October. The bug with location services introduced with the release of macOS Ventura 13.5 has finally been fixed.

Location services bug fixed

Mac users have been complaining since July about an issue with their location privacy settings that prevented them from accessing and controlling location permissions for both Apple’s own apps and subsequently installed apps. Couldn’t see any apps under System Settings – Privacy & Security – Location Services; neither the setting was opening nor the apps with location access could be seen. Could not control location access of newly installed apps.

According to the release notes, with the macOS 13.5.1 update, location services started working as expected. It can be downloaded for free from System Settings – Software Update.
