Mac mini and Mac mini tower with M2 processors listed

Apple is expected to make many new announcements at WWDC, the developer conference that will be held on Monday. Although the majority of the expected announcements are about software issues, the MacBook Air with the M2 processor is also expected to be introduced. However, it seems that Apple may introduce new Mac mini devices with the introduction of the M2 processor.

New Mac mini to be introduced on Monday?

B&H Photo, an Apple-approved product reseller, has added pages about unpromoted Apple products to its website. Mac mini with M2 processor and Mac mini tower appear on the site. However, Mac mini tower could be a nickname the site created for the new Mac Pro. Apple doesn’t usually exchange data with its vendors about unpromoted products, but nonetheless, these pages on its website sparked some interesting pre-WWDC conversations.

Apple is expected to introduce its next generation processor M2 at WWDC on Monday. M2, which will have more graphics power and work more efficiently than the previous generation, will be used for the first time in the MacBook Air series. However, it looks like Apple may update the Mac mini at this event as well. Mac mini was last updated in December 2020. The Mac mini tower is thought to be the Mac Pro, which Apple is scheduled to introduce this year. There is not enough information about the Mac Pro, but the company’s transition to Apple Silicon will be completed with the Mac Pro, so the new Mac Pro will be introduced before the end of the year.
