Crypto trading platform Bitpanda has announced that it has received a license to operate in Ireland.
Bitpanda, which received a regulatory license in Germany last week, continues to strengthen its hand in Europe. Bitpanda, Austria’s first fintech unicorn company, has received regulatory approval in several European countries, including Austria, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Sweden. Now the country of license is Ireland. The Austrian crypto exchange can now offer custody and proprietary trading services to customers in the European country.
Bitpanda Gets Crypto License In Ireland
Bitpanda, backed by PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel, has announced that it has obtained a crypto license in Ireland.
Targeted at people with little or no investment experience and trade savvy, the platform will be led by Rob Cumiskey, who has taken over as Bitpanda’s country leader and head of marketing in Ireland.
