If you are a casual Steam user, you know that the store section has a few annoying elements. For some reason, when you wanted to add free games to the library on the Steam store, there was a button like ‘Play the Game’.
When you click this button, the game starts to download directly. When you cancel this, sometimes you could not understand whether the game was added to your library or not. Steam fixes this annoying situation with its new update.
Free games will now be added to your Steam library more easily
As we said before, when you wanted to add a free game to your library on Steam, you only had the option to press the ‘Play Game’ button and when you clicked on it, the game would start downloading directly.
Now there will be an extra button ‘Add to Library’ on the free games page, so you can add the game directly to your library without having to download it. Likewise, it should be noted that a similar button will be added for free DLC packages. Steam is expected to release this new update in the coming days.
However, it seems that the update has not been translated into Turkish yet. What are you thinking? Please do not forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments.
