LG Electronics is one of the best OLED display manufacturers on the market. LG, which also produces panels for other television and monitor manufacturers, stands out in this regard. The company’s smallest OLED TV ever is 42 inches, and the smallest OLED monitor is 27 inches.

This situation seems to change soon. LG plans to offer OLED displays in more different sizes in the near future. LG Display Vice President Kang Won-Seok announced that the company will launch a 20-inch OLED panel. Thus, the company will have produced the smallest OLED panel display ever produced.
Won-Seok did not reveal exactly what type of device these new panels will be used for. But we do know that the new panels are designed to help meet the growing demand for personal displays caused by the pandemic.
Due to the curfews imposed in various parts of the world in the last few years, most of us have become accustomed to working and staying at home instead of going out. With increasing time spent at home, there is more demand than ever for monitors and televisions for office and home entertainment.
It is not yet clear whether these panels will be used by LG or sold to another company. However, we have a very good chance of seeing a 20-inch OLED TV or OLED monitor from LG this year. A 20-inch monitor will undoubtedly positively affect the gaming experience.
