LG, which has enough history in introducing laptop computers and shows up in the market with many office models, introduced its first gaming computer. The new model of the company, which was suddenly included in the market, which was seized by brands such as Monster, MSI, Asus, Lenovo and HP, is quite ambitious. As a matter of fact, the laptop comes with RTX 3080 graphics card and 11th generation Intel Tiger Lake H processor.
The technology giant, which entered the sector before the CES 2022 event, previously produced devices that are light and suitable for office use. For example, LG Gram 17, introduced in early 2021, was a typical and successful example for office laptops. However, taking action after many of its competitors entered the gaming industry, LG introduced the UltraGear 17G90Q model as the first laptop gaming computer.

Taking the title of the company’s first gaming laptop, LG UltraGear 17G90Q is at a level that can meet everything a gamer needs in today’s conditions. So much so that one of Nvidia’s most powerful graphics cards is included in this laptop. The computer that comes with the GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q manages to please almost everyone on the processor side. LG’s first gaming computer has Intel’s 11th Generation Tiger Lake H processor.
Apart from these, the laptop is equipped with up to 32GB of RAM and up to 1TB of M2 SSD storage, and the screen is 17 inches. This screen, which is based on IPS LCD, offers FHD + resolution as well as 300Hz refresh rate. The laptop, which is thinner than other gaming computers, has a 93 Wh battery, RGB keyboard support and a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button.
Although it is designed for gaming, ports and inputs that facilitate general use such as ethernet, two USB-C, two USB-A, HDMI, 3.5mm Jack and microSD are also offered to users in this model. The price of the LG UltraGear 17G90Q, which is said to be unveiled at the CES 2022 event on January 4, is unknown. Finally, the laptop will initially be sold in the US and South Korea.
