A robot notorious for outdoing the crypto markets is announcing its latest portfolio allocations as the rally in early July draws to a close. The legendary robot puts the leading altcoin Ethereum in the leader seat in his selection.
Leader in the selection of the leading altcoin Bot
The Real Vision Bot (Bot) conducts surveys each week to generate consistent algorithmic portfolio assessments with a ‘hive mind’ consensus. The latest data from the bot shows that the risk appetite of traders has remained roughly the same as last week. Most market participants vote to take an extreme position in their portfolio, with cryptocurrencies Ethereum (ETH) 50% and Bitcoin (BTC) 43% plus a dozen altcoins.
Ethereum rival Solana (SOL) is in second place with 46% heavyweight allocation. USD Coin (USDC), a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar, occupies fourth place. The fifth is BNB, the native token of the popular cryptocurrency exchange Binance, with 30%. The latest results of the Real Vision Exchange crypto survey. Solana increased its purchases of Bitcoin and USDC.
Decentralized application creation protocol Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) ranks sixth with more than 15% weight. It is followed by enterprise-grade interoperability solution provider Quant Network (QNT) with 8%.
Bot’s other picks
All seven lucky crypto assets received a 7% heavyweight allocation. These include smart contract platforms Avalanche (AVAX) and Algorand (ALGO), plus layer-2 scaling solution Polygon (MATIC), scalability and interoperability ecosystem Cosmos (ATOM), decentralized oracle network Chainlink (LINK), decentralized finance protocol Uniswap (UNI) and ETH challenger Cardano (ADA). Regarding the most recent survey-based exchange portfolio allocation, Real Vision says:
Both survey respondents and Bot are reducing risk by increasing USDC exposure. Additionally, we are seeing a shift towards large-cap tokens such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. Bot still loves Polygon.
The survey portfolio breakdown was 40.6% ETH, 24.4% BTC, 20.3% SOL and 14.8% USDC. The bot was a little more adventurous and added four more altcoins to its portfolio without choosing SOL.
Real Vision Bot was co-developed by quantitative analyst and hedge fund CEO Moritz Seibert and statistician Moritz Heiden, as we reported on cryptokoin.com. Real Vision founder and macroeconomics expert Raoul Pal describes the bot’s historic performance as “astonishing”. He also says that it outperforms the top 20 cryptoassets in the market combined, by 20%.
