Japan-based video game and entertainment company Konami put its NFT collection up for sale last January and generated a total revenue of 162 thousand dollars. According to the recent financial report released, Konami will continue to use NFTs to preserve game content as souvenir art.

The gaming giant said it will continue to create NFT to “preserve content loved by our customers as souvenir art,” referring to its previously released NFT collection.
Konami Says Revenue Increases After Launching NFT
As a result of offering NFT, the company’s annual revenue was 154 billion yen ($1.3 billion), up 9.3%, and operating profit was 55.5 billion yen, up 4.6%.
