Defendant celebrities filed a petition to dismiss the second amended complaint filed by investors in December. At the heart of the investors’ class action is that EthereumMax executives are collaborating with Kardashian, Mayweather, and other supporters to try to get investors to buy EMAX tokens. According to the plaintiffs, the team illegally earned money by selling on the incoming investors.
