One of the most controversial names in social media, Kanye West’s Instagram account was locked due to a post he made last night. West’s post, which led to his account being locked, targeted rapper Diddy and included their messages.
In the aforementioned messages, Kanye said, “I will give as an example to the Jewish people who say that no one can threaten or influence me. I told you this was a war.” He gave a place to his statements and received reactions from the Jews. After this post, Instagram locked Kanye’s account and removed the post.

Kanye West made a new post from his Twitter account, which he has not used for years, with his Instagram account locked. Kanye, who previously said that he will be a candidate in the US elections in 2024, re-entered Twitter with this announcement. Afterwards, he shared the following in response to his Instagram lock:
“Look at this photo, Mark. How do you kick me off Instagram? You were my friend before.”
Elon Musk also responded to this tweet, which received close to 1 million likes:
“Welcome back to Twitter man!”
But Kanye couldn’t stay on Twitter long either:
While Kanye West’s comeback is already a hot topic on Twitter, West has shown his prominence here as well. 12 hours after Musk’s “Welcome” message, Kanye made a post targeting the Jewish community:
“I’m a little sleepy tonight, but when I wake up, I will set the death threat level 3 for the JEWISH PEOPLE. Oddly enough, I can’t actually be anti-Semitic because black people are actually Jewish. You played games with me and tried to defame anyone who opposed your agenda.”
With West’s tweet, Twitter management took action and banned Kanye West’s access to his Twitter account on the grounds that it did not comply with its policies. While the duration of the ban is unknown, it can range from 12 hours to 7 days according to Twitter rules.
