US Florida federal judge considering removing NBA star Shaquille O’Neal and tennis player Naomi Osaka from FTX lawsuit
Florida federal judge of the United States of America, in line with his statements, stated that he plans to expel NBA star O’Neal and famous tennis player Naomi Osaka from FTX’s case. The federal judge also stressed that it was unclear whether the two star names were penalized. The plaintiffs, on the other hand, took up the issue, expressing their thoughts on the non-expulsion of the two sports stars. The plaintiffs made statements on the subject and emphasized that they should be sued. As a result, the plaintiffs were given time until December and asked for “justification for the continuation of the case”.
FTX Customers vs. Star Athletes
According to the report, the judge gave FTX clients until December to show the truth. By order of US District Judge K.Micheal Moore, he sought the necessary resources to ensure that NBA star O’Neal and tennis star Naomi Osaka were not dismissed from the case. Moore expressed his thoughts on the matter, stating that these two sports stars were not clear about the litigation process.
With the chain of negative events, it is still seen that the effects of the past FTX crisis continue.
