There is no one who has not heard of the ongoing ‘space race’ among the richest people in the world lately. Billionaires like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos are taking steps towards what we call ‘space tourism’ by taking commercial flights into space. In fact, Jeff Bezos’ space company Blue Origin took a new step in this regard yesterday and sent a crew of six into space yesterday.

Famous businessman Yusaku Maezawa, one of the richest people in Japan, is also among the billionaires who are very interested in space adventures. The famous fashion entrepreneur was sent to the International Space Station (ISS) with a Russian Soyuz rocket last Wednesday and started his dream touristic space travel. Maezawa, who will spend 12 days on the ISS, has now made interesting statements about his travel.

It will distribute money from space:

The Japanese billionaire, who has a fortune of $ 1.9 billion, said in his statements about his visit to the station, “I am very curious about how life is in space. That’s why I plan to open a YouTube channel for myself and share my discoveries here.” The Japanese billionaire stated that he will distribute money to those on earth during his time in orbit.

It is not known why Maezawa planned such a thing and to whom he will give this money. The famous billionaire had previously given nearly $9,000 to his 1,000 followers on Twitter and did something that could be described as a ‘charity’. However, how he will realize his current plan and how he will transfer money from space has been a matter of curiosity.

It should also be noted that Maezewa has other such crazy plans. The businessman, the first space tourist on the ISS, made interesting statements by stating that he wanted to play badminton on the International Space Station in a statement he made in the past months. In addition, Maezewa, in another statement he made recently, stated that he aims to be the first space tourist to go to the Moon. Although these statements of Maezawa may be seen as “crazy”, it would not be wrong to say that it is a nice move for such a wealthy person to want to give money to those in need.
