On the Xiaomi front, which continues its efforts to increase its market share in the foldable phone industry, the countdown has begun for the Mix Fold 3, which has not been on the agenda with claims and leaks for a while. New details have emerged about the device, whose key features have been revealed recently.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 appeared in MIIT database
The upcoming Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 has appeared in MIIT database with model number 2308CPXD0C. While the list in question does not reveal any technical features of the phone, it reveals connectivity features such as dual SIM and 5G.
The Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 model is claimed to have a 6.5-inch OLED FHD+ resolution 120 Hz cover display and an 8.02-inch OLED FHD+ 120 Hz internal foldable display. Both panels will appear in front of users with a perforated design.
The foldable phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It will also incorporate LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 technologies. At this point, it is said that the top variant of the model will offer 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
The device will have a quad camera setup consisting of 50 Megapixel IMX989, 50 Megapixel IMX858 ultra wide angle, 50 Megapixel telephoto lens and 50 Megapixel IMX858 periscope sensors. The model, which is expected to charge at 67W wired and 50W wireless speeds, will run the Android 13-based MIUI 14 interface as soon as it comes out of the box. On the battery side, there will be a 4,800 mAh battery that supports 67W wired and 50W wireless charging.
