The technology giant is preparing to offer the Huawei P50 Pro model smartphone, which has been put up for sale within the borders of China in the past months, to the whole world. Shortly before getting this phone with Snapdragon 888 processor, where the expectations are quite high, Chinese users started to complain that there are some problems with the P50 Pro.
Complaints to Huawei included problems such as the smartphone turning completely black on the call screen. In addition, the extremely “slow” facial recognition system was among the reported complaints.
Problems on P50 Pro appeared after last update
The P50 Pro is an extremely important model for Huawei, which has recently gone into the “born from the ashes” phase due to Google services. Powered by the 8-core Snapdragon 888 processor, the P50 Pro has 8GB of RAM and a 4360mAh battery.
A short time before the sale of Huawei’s flagship P90 Pro, users in China began to express that there are many errors in the P50 Pro, both software and hardware.
Among the complaints made, as we mentioned before, there were problems such as screen dimming and slow-running face recognition system. Users also reported slowdowns in the top menu, just like the face recognition system, after the 2.0.
Users started helping each other to eliminate problems
Huawei has not yet taken any action after reports from its users in China. Instead, P50 Pro users started to give each other various advice to solve these problems.
Among these recommendations were warnings such as not using the phone while it is charging, turning off the hands-free feature during a call, and checking if the phone has enough memory.
