Assassin’s Creed, which first emerged as a side game designed for Prince of Persia and was revealed by Jade Raymond, Corey May and Patrice Desilets, showed that it would become a phenomenon with its first game released in 2007.

Speaking of the second game, Brotherhood and Revelations set in Istanbul, Assassin’s Creed has become one of the most legendary game series ever. Patrice Desilets, one of the producers of the first three games, explained how the story ended, saying that the series will actually end at the end of the third game.

Assassin’s Creed actually ends in a spaceship

Assassin’s Creed, which was released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2007 and offered for PC players a year later, has become one of the most established series ever. It was revealed that Desmond Miles first followed the story of his ancestor Altaïr Ibn-La’Ahad in 1191, and then played the characters of Ezio and Connor during the American Civil War, the series will actually end with the third game.

As you may remember, Ubisoft decided to continue the series even though it ended the story of Desmond Miles with Assassin’s Creed III. However, according to the team’s original plan, the entire story of the Assassin’s Creed series would end with the third game. Patrice Desilets, one of the creative team of Assassin’s Creed, announced in an interview with Lars de Wildt that the series will end with the third game and a reference to the 2012 prophecy.

If the series had not caused such a big indignation, at the end of the third game, the whole story would have ended in a spaceship in 2012. Desmond would manage to defeat Miles Abstergo by combining the forces of all his ancestors, including Altair and Ezio. However, his constant going back and forth would cause confusion in the present, and the whole world would perish.

After these events that will take place in 2012, Lucy and Ezio, as the last survivors, would set off on a spaceship to re-establish a civilization. Thus, Desmond and Lucy would be portrayed as the Adam and Eve of modern times, and support would be given to the theory that the world was destroyed and rebuilt more than once, and civilization was rebuilt many times.

So what do you guys think about this original ending for the series? Do not forget to share your views with us in the comments section.
