E3 2023 attendance drops
To recall, Xbox, Nintendo, Sony and Ubisoft recently announced that they will not be attending E3 2023. So much so that Ubisoft plans to hold its own Ubisoft Forward event on June 12. Just before that, a source told IGN that “it is not possible for this show to take place”.
Two giant publishers, Tencet and SEGA, have now been added to the list of names not attending E3 2023. “After careful consideration, we have decided not to attend E3 2023 as a participant. We look forward to sharing more information on announced and unannounced projects in the future,” SEGA said.
As a result of new developments, many people are worried that E3 2023 may be canceled today. As a matter of fact, there is a great silence in ESA and ReedPop behind the event. In this context, we can also see that E3 is permanently canceled, at least in its current format.
