Israel’s largest bank Leumi has partnered with blockchain company Paxos to offer Bitcoin and Ethereum trading services.
Israel’s largest and most established bank, Leumi, has become the last traditional financial institution to prepare to integrate with the crypto sector. Serving for 120 years, the bank announced that it has partnered with Paxos to offer Bitcoin and Ethereum trading services to its customers. The institution will provide trading and custody services to its customers.
Leumi must obtain approval from the country’s central bank and tax office in order to offer this service. Therefore, there is no official date yet for when the services will start.
