Intel is getting backlash
Investment firm Bernstein criticized Intel for still putting more components on the market than needed, despite the overstocking of the computer industry. He states that the company, which wants the smallest gap to be filled with its own products, even when the shelves are full, acts quite selfishly and sets the industry on fire.
It is stated that Intel, which seems to want to turn the crisis into an opportunity, is trying to turn price and capacity opportunities into a strategic weapon. In addition, Intel’s shipping despite knowing that its retail channels are clogged is defined as shooting itself in the foot.
Trying to further inflate the already bloated chip industry will of course prolong the crisis. It will also take time for all players, including Intel, to recover due to falling average prices.
