Do you have Havana Syndrome?
In the case of Havana Syndrome, which started to occupy the agenda since 2016, it is claimed that Cuba or Russia attacked the US personnel working in China and Cuba with energy weapons. The allegations were fueled by the fact that the staff showed headaches, nausea, and hearing problems, but the source of this could not be found.
At a conference convened in 2020, a consensus was reached on the electromagnetic attacks against personnel with microwave weapons by Russia, and a report was prepared.
However, after 3 years, it turned out that the allegations were unfounded. According to reports, federal agencies, especially the CIA, which investigated around 1,000 cases worldwide, could not find any evidence of an energy attack. In some cases there was even no trace or hint of energy.
Sources think that the staff who showed signs may have been ill with the effect of the working conditions at that time, as well as some of the problems they experienced in the past. It was also stated that the conference report had a very wrong opinion in this regard. In other words, neither Russia nor Cuba is responsible for this incident, and while it should have been recorded as ordinary disturbances, it has become a conspiracy theory of the last 10 years.
