Looking at data from UK Biobank, a long-running research project that monitors the health of UK residents throughout the study, the researchers detailed people’s dietary habits, including coffee consumption.
Compared to people who don’t drink coffee, coffee drinkers (4 to 5 cups a day or more) are less likely to die from common causes, the researchers say. The data, which is based on the results of 7 years of follow-up on the people participating in the research, of course, were compiled by taking into account other factors such as the person’s lifestyle.
