In the smartphone world, eyes were turned to the iPhone 15 series, which will be introduced a month later. While making the final touches for the Series, Apple continues to work on the iPhone 16, which will be released next year.
iPhone 16 camera will feature stacked camera sensor design
As it is known, Apple gives importance to the camera in the iPhone series. So much so that the company goes to camera improvements in each series. So much so that according to the allegations, Apple will include a 1-inch Sony IMX903 sensor in the iPhone 15 Pro Max model. In addition, the company will use a periscope lens on Pro models.
Leaks have started to appear in the iPhone 16. According to Ming-Chi Kuo, who reports on Apple products, the iPhone 16 camera will feature a stacked rear camera sensor design. According to rumors, the iPhone 16 series will receive improvements to the 48-megapixel wide-angle camera, telephoto and ultra-wide camera lenses. It is also among the information that it will have an eight-piece hybrid lens consisting of two glass and six plastics.
On the other hand, the screens will get bigger in the iPhone 16 series. According to the information that has emerged in the past weeks, the iPhone 16 Ultra will come with a 6.9-inch screen. In addition, Apple analyst Mark Gurman stated that the iPhone 16 standard models will be 6.3 inches.
According to some claims, Apple will hide the Face ID sensor of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro Max models under the screen. However, it is stated that the camera will remain visible for a while, as it is on other Android phones. Thus, iPhone models can appear with only a small camera hole on the screen.
