Apple will introduce the iPhone 15 series in the new year. Although the introduction of the iPhone 15 models has been for a long time, information about the design and technical features has begun to come. Technology giant Apple will make many changes compared to previous models, including improvements in iPhone 15 battery consumption, differences in design and even pricing.
Apple will prioritize battery life in the iPhone 15 series
The most complained aspect of iPhone models for years has been that the battery consumption runs out quickly. For this reason, Apple will prioritize energy efficiency rather than performance in iPhone 15 models. Thanks to the A17 processor, iPhone 15 battery consumption will be minimized. TSMC moved into the mass production process of 3nm chips this week. TSMC factories are expected to start preparations for the iPhone 15 processor production in the near future.
The processor, which goes through the 4nm production process used by Apple in the iPhone 14 models, is shown as the advanced version of the 5nm processor. For this reason, Apple will actually switch from 5nm to 3nm in iPhone 15 processors. It is expected to offer good equipment in terms of performance and energy for the models that the technology giant will introduce in the coming months.
TSMC President Mark Liu stated that the processors that go through the 3nm production process have better performance than the 5nm ones, and that they will reduce power consumption by 35 percent. This will ensure that the iPhone 15 battery consumption is healthier. Apart from all these, Apple will also make changes to the iPhone 15 design. The company will go beyond the classic design and adopt the round body design like the iPhone X model. iPhone 15; It will be available in black, silver, gold and purple colors.
