Apple, one of the most important names in the smartphone world, has achieved a significant success with the iPhone 14 series. The company continues its efforts to maintain this chart. According to the information received, Apple will bring new features to the iPhone 15 series, which it wants to release in the last quarter of this year.

Wi-Fi 6E technology will only be available on iPhone 15 Pro models

Recently, Barclays analysts Blayne Curtis and Tom O’Malley said in a research article they published this week that the iPhone 15 series will include Wi-Fi 6E technology. Today, an important source called Unknowz21 has published documents related to the technology.

Previously, Apple has used Wi-Fi 6E technology on 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pros, 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros, and Mac mini models. The company used Wi-Fi 6 in the iPhone 14 series. The company will use Wi-Fi 6E technology on iPhone 15 Pro models. The leaked document shows the schematics of the antenna architecture of the iPhone 15.

The information obtained earlier contains important information about the device. Accordingly, the iPhone 15 may be the first models to have the A-series chip with TSMC’s new generation 3 nm technology. The 3nm chip technology is expected to increase processing performance by 10 to 15 percent and reduce power consumption by up to 30 percent. On the other hand, the iPhone 15 Ultra will take the stage with a curved screen and a thin frame compared to its predecessor. In addition, the series will remain the same as the iPhone 14 series in terms of screen sizes.

It is expected that there will be some upgrades in the hardware of the device as well. According to the first leaks, 8 GB of RAM will be used in Pro models. In addition, the Pro Max model will offer 6x optical zoom. However, this camera feature will not be included in the Pro. So there’s a little difference between them. On the other hand, replacing Lightning inputs with USB-Cs, which has been talked about for a long time, will most likely become a reality with the iPhone 15 models.
