iPhone 15 leaked? What happened in Mexico?
The iPhone 15 is expected to be introduced in three weeks. While the CAD files and schematic leaks gave us a good glimpse of the upcoming models, an upcoming leak from Apple would have rocked the world. It all started with a video that TikTok user Cris Martínez posted about Apple recording a campaign near its Antara flagship store in Mexico City.
The actor who will do the iPhone 15 guided tour in the video
The leading name in the published video is interesting. So much so that this person is the actor who previously made a guided tour of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 devices. For this reason, with so little time left for the promotion, the probability of this being a campaign event is very low.
This could actually point to a future iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro guided tour, as it’s not uncommon for Apple to start taking photos and recording ads about new products about a month before their official launch.
Previous guided tours have been about walking with the new iPhones in New York and California. If Apple chooses Mexico City this time around, it will be the first international location where iPhone is introduced in these guided tours that cover all the major changes and features from each generation.
Unfortunately, Martínez’s TikTok video does not show the actor holding an iPhone. But one thing’s for sure: Apple will most likely announce its upcoming event next week, and we’ll soon learn all about the new iPhones, including changes to the design, camera, processor and much more.
