iPhone 14 series will have 5nm A16 chipsets

According to the information that has been finalized today, A16 processors that have passed the 5nm process are produced for the iPhone 14 series. Working with TMSC on the processor production side, Apple produces 5nm A16 processors for iPhone 14 models.

The iPhone 14 family has so far raised expectations. Most of the people thought that the iPhone 14 would be quite different on the performance side. However, today’s information is somewhat disappointing. According to TMSC’s roadmap, the company reveals that this year it will produce A16 processors that have passed the 5nm process.

A16 processors, which will go through the same process as the A15 chip, will be more efficient and a bit more performance due to some improvements. But this is not an improvement that will make a serious difference. Of course, when we think that these processors will be used in iPhone 14 Pro models, we will not see very performance models as people expect. However, we will use slightly improved processors compared to previous models. Finally, there is also information that the A15 chipset will be used in standard iPhone 14 models.
